The number of leaders we take is dependent on student registration. Due to this, registration does not guarantee your spot. If you register and are not needed to attend, you will be fully reimbursed.

All counselors must read the following documents prior to registering. You will be asked to acknowledge that you have read them in the registration process.

• HCBC Youth Regulations Sheet
• HCBC Counselor Info Packet

All counselors must also sign and return the below form ASAP. The form requires notarization. If you would like April Forster to notarize it for you, please schedule a time with her by emailing aforster@westshorefree.org.
