What is Kidz4Him? Kidz4Him is our choir for children in grades 1st-6th. Any child who desires to participate in Kidz4Him is welcome - provided that they attend a 1st service class or the 9 a.m. worship service; there aren’t any tryouts. We learn Scripture and valuable biblical concepts through the music they rehearse and the musicals they present. On occasion, Kidz4Him will also assist in leading worship in our Sunday worship services. Kidz4Him meets September-May with the year divided into two seasons: the fall semester September-December and the spring semester January-May. Both semesters conclude with Kidz4Him presenting a major musical. When and where does it meet? Kidz4Him meets in room 147 during 2nd service September-May. Children must participate in a 1st service Awesome Adventure Bible class or elective or attend the worship service with their family in order to participate in Kidz4Him. When are the musicals? Musicals are presented in December and April or May each year. All Kidz4Him children participate in the musicals. Auditions are held during each semester for those children who would like a speaking part, solo/ensemble part, or dance role. Children who desire one of these special parts/roles must be committed to attending all of the extra rehearsals. Depending on the musical, families may be responsible for the special costumes that are required for the special roles. How do I register? Registration is completed online at the beginning of each season. A $10/individual ($25 max/family) fee is charged to help defray the various costs involved.
